The guys at Maxim.com decided that Redskins fans might need some cheering up this morning, so they’ve gone ahead and featured the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders as Today’s Girls, including a Vote For Your Favorite survey. (As you’d expect, the combination of Maxim plus Cheerleaders equals links that are probably not safe for some workplaces.)
Still much, much less frustrating than reading some of the postgame reaction, I promise.

Why was Colt Brennan listed on the Inactives List for Thursday’s Game against the Giants ?? Exactly what does the Inactives List mean, or why are players put on the Inactives List other than injury ?? Is Colt Brennan OK ?? Fred Davis ??
They’re okay. Teams only dress 45 players for each game, and the remaining eight are declared inactive and are not available for that week’s game. On most teams, one of those eight is a third quarterback, who DOES dress but can only play in an emergency situation — only allowed into the game if NEITHER of the first two QBs can return.
Does anyone know what the patch on some of the players uniforms that had a C and stars underneath?
